What’s covered (summary) •
Custom DTF transfers & gang sheets: Non-returnable and non-refundable once printed. We will reprint or credit if there’s a manufacturing defect or we made an error.
1) Returns Window We have a 30-day return window for eligible items (see sections below).
For defects or order issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right.
Start a return/issue: printingplus@yahoo.com with:
• Order number
• Photos/video clearly showing the issue
• A brief description (what’s wrong, where on the sheet, how many affected)

2) Custom DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets
Because every DTF transfer and gang sheet is printed to order, all custom prints are final sale.
We don’t accept returns for:
• Correctly printed files (including gang sheets) that you no longer need or that were sized incorrectly on your end
• Artwork errors that were present in your file or approved proofs (spelling, colors, sizes, placements)
We will reprint or credit if:
• There’s a manufacturing defect (e.g., obvious banding, severe color dropout, significant ink voids, coating defects)
• We printed the wrong size, quantity, or file compared to your order/approved proof Required to qualify:
• Report within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the full sheet and close-ups of the defect
• Confirm you followed standard DTF pressing instructions (temp/pressure/peel)
3) Artwork, Proofs & “Print-Ready” Files (Gang Sheets) To avoid surprises:
• Gang sheets must be 22” wide and print-ready at final size, 300 DPI, transparent background, and arranged exactly as you want them printed.
• We do not edit, resize, or fix customer gang sheets.
• If you request design help, a $3.50 design/setup fee per design applies and is non-refundable once work begins.
• Proof approvals are final. We print what you approve.
4) Color & Size Tolerances (DTF Reality)
• Color variance:
Minor differences between on-screen colors and printed transfers can occur due to monitor settings and CMYK/DTF conversion. Small shifts are not considered defects.
• Dimension variance: Up to ±0.5” on overall transfer size and minor alignment variance within a gang sheet may occur and is not considered a defect.
• Pressing outcome: Results can vary by press, fabric, and technique. Please follow our pressing guide. Failures caused by incorrect application are not covered.
5) Non-Returnable Items
• Custom DTF transfers, custom gang sheets,
• Design/setup fees
• Sale/clearance items and gift cards
• Opened/used supplies, and any item not in original condition
7) Cancellations & Order Changes
• You may cancel or change an order before printing starts.
• Once printing begins, the order is final. Design/setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Shipping Damage or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email printingplus@yahoo.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll replace or credit as needed.
9) Who Pays Return Shipping?
• If it’s our error or a confirmed defect, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
• For eligible discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10–20% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.
10) Refunds Once your return is received/inspected or your defect is approved, we’ll process a refund or reprint. Refunds (when applicable) go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please email printingplus@yahoo.com.
